Select and gather products for customers’ online orders efficiently while ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers’ cars when they arrive at the store for pick‑up. • Experience as a personal shopper or in a production/warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers’ cars at pick‑up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick‑up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from the Order Selector, store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions given in order notes.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls professionally and timely.
• Retrieve each customer’s order from staging locations and load it into the car.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages return shopping.
• Process orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the e‑Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items needing repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict nonconfrontationally and cooperatively.
