Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.

Initiate and complete the order selection process.

Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.

Scan and bag items following standards.

Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.

Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience.

Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines.

Store products in proper conditions.

Follow notes and instructions for each order.

Ensure item quality and freshness.

Communicate professionally with customers via phone.

Verify order accuracy and load into cars.

Provide positive customer service experiences.

Process orders through POS system.

Handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues.

Perform opening/closing procedures.

Assist in training new team members.

Meet productivity standards.

Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Manage conflicts professionally.

Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.

Follow directions and seek help when needed.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
