Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk at Kroger Mountain View Foods
. Select and gather products for customers  online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers  online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up. Provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to online shopping. Demonstrate the company s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk / In-Store Grocery Shopper responsibilities include selecting and gathering products for customers  online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers  online orders.
• Assemble online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers  orders at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers  orders, store products in optimal temperature zones, and ensure order accuracy at pickup.
• Provide positive customer service that encourages online shopping return.
• Process orders through the POS system and follow procedures for substitutions in the event of out-of-stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and temperature issues to the store e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items in need of repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment; manage conflict in a professional, cooperative manner.
• Follow directions and seek assistance as needed to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support to and interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as required.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
