Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Fill and dispense online orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for pickup.
- Ensure product substitutions and provide customer consultation as required.
- Maintain accurate order records and manage inventory as needed.
- Follow safety and quality guidelines for packaging and handling.
