Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
