• Operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross‑training to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Modeling established customer‑experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supporting and embodying a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintaining all floor‑care cleanliness standards, including the operation of the scrubber and buffer.
• Ensuring cleanliness and recovery standards across the store: sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms.
• Fulfilling health and safety responsibilities, including refilling essential items in the lounge, restrooms, and front end.
• Responding to front‑end coverage needs and initiating store recovery as required.
• Upholding merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Adhering to operational and loss‑prevention controls, including shrink reduction.
• Communicating accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Observing labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break period policies.
• Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multi‑tasking.
• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written; ability to listen and respond appropriately.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

This position has a starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
