This position involves selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders with a focus on freshness and quality, assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and delivering and loading orders to customers' cars for pickup. • Select and gather products for customers’ online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers’ online orders.
• Assemble online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver/load orders to customers’ cars for pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup time.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customer orders from Order Selector, store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions provided in note sections.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items selected.
• Communicate with customers via portable phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Retrieve each customer’s order from staging locations and ensure order accuracy; load order into customer’s car.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages online shopping return.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Follow policies to determine substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and temperature issues to the e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items in need of repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent oral/written communication skills

• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or experience as a cashier
