Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars during pickup. Essential Job Functions:

• Responsibly select and gather products for online orders, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow safety, food handling, and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality, respond professionally to customer calls.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Strong communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
