• Any experience as a personal shopper or in a production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk as an In-Store Grocery Shopper selects and gathers products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiates and completes selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assembles customers' online orders, processes coupons and payment, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars when they arrive.
• Scans and bags orders on the go while following all bagging standards.
• Communicates substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meets or exceeds customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adheres to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receives customers' orders from Order Selector per guidelines, stores products in optimal temperature zones.
• Follows directions given in the note section.
• Ensures quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicates with customers via portable phone and responds promptly.
• Retrieves each customer's order from all staging locations, ensures order accuracy, and loads it into customers' cars.
• Provides a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.
• Processes orders through the point of sale (POS) system.
• Follows policies and procedures to determine appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Reports pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the store e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspects equipment and notifies the store Pick-Up supervisor or other management of items needing repair.
• Performs required opening and closing procedures.
• Assists in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meets or exceeds productivity standards.
