• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care, including operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintains floor care cleanliness standards and the operation of floor care equipment.
• Maintains organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store (Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, Restrooms).
• Adheres to company policies concerning Health and Safety, including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
• Supports Front End coverage needs and adheres to merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Participates in store recovery as needed and adheres to loss prevention controls, including shrink reduction.
• Communicates accurately with management and associates; follows labor laws and meal/break policies.
• Participates in safety efforts to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor buffers and scrubbers.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; listens and responds appropriately.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Team player who can work effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience is a plus.

Starting pay range: $14.70 to $15.20 per hour. Actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
