• Selecting and gathering products for customers’ online orders efficiently while maintaining freshness and quality.
• Initiating and completing the selection process for online orders.
• Assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and loading orders into customer vehicles.
• Scanning and bagging orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicating substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick‑up.
• Meeting and exceeding customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhering to local, state, and federal laws, food‑safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receiving orders from the Order Selector and storing products in optimal temperature zones.
• Reading and following directions in the note section.
• Ensuring quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicating with customers via a portable phone and responding to calls promptly.
• Retrieving orders from all staging locations and ensuring order accuracy before loading into customer vehicles.
• Processing orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Determining appropriate substitutions for out‑of‑stock items.
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Reporting pricing, scanning, and item‑location discrepancies to the store e‑Commerce supervisor.
• Inspecting equipment and notifying management of items requiring repair.
• Performing required opening and closing procedures.
• Assisting in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meeting or exceeding productivity standards.
• Working cooperatively in a high‑paced, occasionally stressful environment.
• Managing conflict in a reasonable, non‑confrontational manner.
• Acting with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Following directions and seeking assistance when needed to resolve issues.
• Providing support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Performing all essential job functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production‑oriented environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
