Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick up. Provide a positive customer service experience.

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk working as In-Store Grocery Shopper is responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for customers' online orders.
• Team assembles online orders, processes coupons and payment, and delivers orders to cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions given in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls professionally.
• Retrieve each customer's order from all staging locations, ensure accuracy, and load into cars.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.
• Process orders through the point of sale (POS) system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions when out-of-stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies.
• Inspect equipment and report needed repairs.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production/warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
