Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk: select and assemble customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality; process coupons and payment; and deliver or load orders to customers’ cars when they arrive for pick up. Provide a positive customer service experience and demonstrate the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Select and gather products for customers’ online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers’ online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers’ orders at pickup as needed.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers’ orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in the note section and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide professional and timely communication with customers via portable phone.
• Load orders into customers’ cars and maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items per policy.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment and manage conflicts constructively.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance to diverse customers, including minors and individuals with special needs and older adults, as needed.

• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
