Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality.

Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.

Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders to customer's cars.

Scan and bag orders following all standards.

Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.

Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Adhere to all food safety laws, policies, and procedures.

Store products in appropriate temperature zones.

Follow directions and respond professionally to customer calls.

Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.

Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Process orders through the POS system.

Handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues.

Perform opening and closing procedures.

Assist in training new team members.

Meet productivity standards.

Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Manage conflicts professionally.

Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.

Follow directions and seek help when needed.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocker, or cashier.
