Collections Representative (100% Remote)

• Equipment provided by GRC; landline service required before start date.

• Achieve assigned goals as specified by line of business.
• Make the required number of phone calls daily and negotiate the best possible arrangements.
• Profile debtors and obtain financial information.
• Perform skip tracing to locate debtors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all attempts and/or contacts made and received for accounts in accordance with company and client specifications.

• Minimum 5 years of 3rd‑party collections experience.
• Collection management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal/state laws and regulations (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient data entry using multiple computer databases.
• After acceptance, provide proof of landline and internet service before equipment is shipped to residence.
