We’re seeking a Merchandising Manager with a focus on the Bath category to lead the development and execution of seasonal assortments. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who understands the bath business. • Develop customer intimacy through regular store visits and competitive shopping; applies findings with Sales and Product Development team.
• Develop and present an overall product assortment for each season.
• Supervise product development process to ensure that the merchandise consistently appeals to the customer's needs.
• Responsible for all meetings and outcomes and make sure the team adheres to project deadlines.
• Communicate with company management to recommend business opportunities and ways to increase sales and optimize profit.
• Partner with Design and stay current on fashion and technology trends. Bring customer and market perspective to the design and product development process.
• Approve sketches, color prints, concepts with Design team.
• Collaborate with design, product development and sourcing staff to meet costing targets on all products developed seasonally.
• Attend sales meetings and make presentations as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in Home Textiles/ Fashion Apparel merchandising, both soft and hard home goods Bath category.
• Must have acute sense of customer intimacy and product category.
• Strong English language skills, written and verbal.
• Able to make presentations in front of customers.
• Strategic thinking and management skills.
• Multi-functional with excellent organizational skills.
• Computer literate. Knowledge of Design a plus.
• Excellent analytic skills needed with a knowledge of P& L, costing/margins
