This position has a starting pay range of $14.81 to $15.31 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per operating procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow procedures and standards
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain floor and store cleanliness
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
