Base Pay Range

$16.91/hr - $24.15/hr

Essential Job Functions
  • Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality.
  • Initiate and complete selection process for customers' online orders.
  • Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars for pick-up.
  • Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
  • Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer's order at pick-up.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to legal food safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Receive orders from Order Selector, store products in optimal temperature zones, and read notes.
  • Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
  • Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls professionally.
  • Retrieve each customer's order from staging locations, load it into the car, and maintain accuracy.
  • Process orders through the POS system.
  • Determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items per policy.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
  • Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies.
  • Inspect equipment and notify supervisor of needed repair.
  • Perform required opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards.
  • Work cooperatively in high‑paced, sometimes stressful environments.
  • Manage conflict in a nonconfrontational manner.
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Execute essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Ability to read shelf tags.
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Previous Experience
  • Experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
