Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up. Provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to on-line shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following all bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers' orders at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customer orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in note sections.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond professionally and timely.
• Retrieve each customer's order from staging locations and ensure order accuracy; load order into customers' cars.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages online shopping.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Follow policies to determine appropriate substitutions in the event of out-of-stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item-location discrepancies to the store e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items in need of repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflicts in a reasonable, non-confrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Excellent oral/written communication skills

• Any experience as a personal shopper or in a production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or experience as a cashier
