Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross‑trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.

• Operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Maintain floor care cleanliness standards and store recovery throughout the day.
• Support front‑end coverage needs and other store areas (backroom, front end, sales floor, etc.).
• Adhere to health and safety policies, merchandising philosophy, signage, and loss‑prevention controls.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates and uphold all company policies.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multitasking and responding to changes in direction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
