• Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at the store for pick up.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to online shopping.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders as part of the In-Store Grocery Shopper team.
• Scan and bag orders, following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up time.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers' orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in the note section; ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Communicate with customers via portable phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Retrieve each customer's order from staging locations, ensure order accuracy, and load the order into the customer's car.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Follow policies for substitutions in the event of an out-of-stock item.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to the e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items in need of repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards; work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle conflicts professionally and with integrity.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance to diverse customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired Previous Experience:

• Any experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or experience as a cashier
