Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.

Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.

Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.

Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.

Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Follow all food safety laws, procedures, and company guidelines.

Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.

Follow directions and respond professionally to customer calls.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors.

Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Assist in training new team members.

Meet/exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous Experience:

Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
