The UPS Store centers are retail service businesses which offer mail and parcel receiving, packaging, and shipping services through various carriers, and provide a wide range of other authorized products and services, including professional printing, notary, shredding, office/packing supplies, and communications (such as fax) services. The UPS Store centers target the needs of businesses of all sizes, small office/home office workers, and busy consumers who are looking for time-saving services.

Responsibilities:

• Drive retail sales: Provide outstanding support tailored to our customers by assisting with shipping, printing, packaging, and other core services to ensure an exceptional experience every time; up-sell and cross-sell services and products.
• Deliver first-class customer service: Provide outstanding support and solutions tailored to our customers' needs, ensuring an exceptional 5-star experience every time.
• Expand shipping capabilities: Assist with standard and freight shipping, including building custom crates and ensuring safe and secure packaging for large or unique items.
• Unleash your creativity: Produce high-quality printed materials, including business cards, brochures, rack cards, banners, and more; experience in both Mac and PC environments. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva is desirable.
• Be hands-on: Operate printing and finishing equipment including 4-color press and large format printers, package shipments, and maintain a professional workspace. Willingness to train on equipment is key.
• Master store functions: Open and/or close the store and perform start-of-day/end-of-day procedures;
  Maintain a clean and safe working environment;
  Complete required web-based training biweekly to stay updated on services and policies;
  Ensure supplies are fully stocked for seamless operations;
  Comply with company rules and regulations;
  Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the store’s success.

Qualifications:

• Prior The UPS Store sales and print experience desired and preferred.
• Experienced in retail sales & customer service (2+ years).
• Skilled in graphic design & Adobe Creative Suite on both Mac and PC.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and great at multitasking.
• A team player with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required. Associate/degree in Graphic Arts is desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 35 per week
