Overview

Online Order Filling Team Associate  role focuses on filling and dispensing online orders, locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup. They may make product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Other premiums may apply from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
