• Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
• Manage the compliance process and documentation for all vendors
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the vendor onboarding process and manage contract life cycles
• Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide coaching opportunities to vendors

• 2-5 years of related title experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills and ability to partner effectively with vendors and customers
• Experience in residential and commercial title, including title examination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio

• Knowledge of state regulations and guidelines related to title services
• Strong negotiation skills to manage customer needs during vendor negotiations
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions within defined procedures
• Experience prioritizing workload and handling multiple tasks efficiently
