As a Retail Associate you will create a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers. You will maintain a clean, organized store environment, adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and be cross‑trained to support multiple areas of the store.

• Modele customer experience practices for internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Ring purchases and returns accurately, returning change to customers according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards
• Participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day
• Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and overall store cleanliness
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule available to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capacity to multi‑task and respond appropriately to changes or unexpected situations
• Ability to lift heavy objects (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred

Starting pay range: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
