Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble online orders, process coupons and payments, deliver and load orders into customers' cars at pick‑up. Provide a positive customer service experience and demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, deliver and load into cars.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick‑up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations on ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via portable phone, responding professionally.
• Load orders into customers’ cars and verify accuracy.
• Process orders through POS system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions for out‑of‑stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing and scanning discrepancies to supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑commerce team members.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict nonconfrontationally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Personal shopper or experience in a production/warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier.
