Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety and food handling guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Engage professionally with customers via phone or in person.
• Follow policies for substitutions in case of out-of-stock items.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Good communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocker, or cashier.
