Job location:

Seabrook, TX. This role involves selecting and gathering products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality, assembling orders, processing coupons and payment, and delivering and loading orders to cars when customers arrive for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Select and gather products for customers’ on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers’ on-line orders.
• Assemble on-line orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders to customers’ cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to the customer at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers’ orders from order selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in note sections; ensure quality and freshness of items.
• Communicate with customers via portable phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Locate and load each customer’s order into their car and confirm order accuracy.
• Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Process orders through the POS system; handle substitutions as needed when items are out of stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and notify appropriate supervision.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items in need of repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle conflicts in a respectful, non-confrontational manner; maintain honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Provide support and assistance while obeying policies for interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Minimum Position Qualifications: Ability to work without supervision; ability to read shelf tags; basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction); excellent oral and written communication skills.
