Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders to customers’ vehicles.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow safety, legal, and company policies, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Provide a positive customer experience and manage conflicts professionally.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills and strong communication skills.
• Experience in shopping, warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles is preferred.
