Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.

Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.

Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Scan and bag orders following standards while on the go.

Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.

Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Adhere to all applicable laws, safety procedures, and company policies.

Store products in optimal temperature zones according to guidelines.

Follow directions carefully, including notes on orders.

Ensure all items are of high quality and freshness.

Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.

Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.

Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Process orders through the POS system.

Handle substitutions appropriately for out-of-stock items.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.

Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Assist in training new team members.

Meet or exceed productivity standards.

Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Manage conflicts professionally and cooperatively.

Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
