Online Order Filling associates focus on filling, dispensing, and packaging online orders accurately. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
