The primary responsibilities include selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality, assembling orders, processing coupons and payment, and delivering and loading orders to customers' cars for pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages customers to shop online again. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk is responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders, following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up, and ensure order accuracy and product temperature during staging.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness; adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Process orders through the POS system and follow substitution policies for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment; report discrepancies and equipment needs.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members and meet productivity standards.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages return visits to online shopping.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone in a professional and timely manner.

• Minimum Position Qualifications:
  
  Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags; basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction); excellent oral and written communication.

• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
