• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently and with attention to freshness.
• Initiate and complete selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, deliver and load orders to vehicles at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to the customer at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector, store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via portable phone; respond promptly.
• Retrieve each customer's order from staging locations; ensure accuracy; load into vehicle.
• Provide a positive customer service experience.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions for out‑of‑stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, location, or temperature to supervisor.
