• Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble customers' orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at pick‑up.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to the customer at pick‑up.
• Meet or exceed customers' expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers' orders from the Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions given in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls professionally and timely.
• Retrieve each order from all staging locations, ensure accuracy, and load the order into the customer's car.
• Process orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and invalid temperature type to the e‑Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify the pick‑up supervisor of items needing repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production‑oriented/warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
