Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars for pickup. • Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders, maintaining quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Follow bagging standards and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety and food handling guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality, and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.

• Ability to work independently and read shelf tags.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Experience in shopping, warehousing, or cashier roles is preferred.
