Base pay range: $16.91/hr – $19.71/hr

Location:

Portland, Oregon

• Select and gather products for customers’ online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers’ online orders; process coupons and payments; deliver and load orders into customers’ cars when they arrive for pick‑up.
• Scan and bag orders on the go, following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers’ orders at pick‑up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers’ orders from Order Selector, store products in optimal temperature zones, and read and follow directions given in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen and maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Retrieve each customer’s order from all staging locations, ensure order accuracy, and load the order into customers’ cars.
• Process orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and report discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the store e‑Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify store Pick‑Up supervisor or other store management of items in need of repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures and assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision.
