Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Base pay range: $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr the actual hourly rate will be equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr in specific circumstances.
