• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, maintaining freshness and quality.
• Assemble and process orders, including coupons and payments.
• Deliver and load orders into customers' vehicles upon pick‑up.
• Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper temperature control of staging areas.
• Scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to the customer during pick‑up.
• Follow all food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Use the POS system to process orders.
• Report pricing, scanning, or item location discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of defects.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and train new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards while working cooperatively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Act with honesty and integrity, manage conflict constructively, and support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse or stocking roles, or as a cashier.
