• Experience as a personal shopper, in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at pick‑up.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following all bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to the e‑commerce team.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers' orders according to guidelines and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions given in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls professionally and promptly.
• Retrieve each customer's order from all staging locations and ensure accuracy.
• Load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Process orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Follow policies and procedures to determine appropriate substitutions when out of stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and temperature violations to the e‑commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items needing repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Cooperate in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
