Kroger (Smith’s) – Salt Lake City, Utah – Part‑time, Entry level.

Work as an In‑Store Grocery Shopper, selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble, process payments, apply coupons, and load orders into customers' vehicles at pick‑up. Deliver a positive service experience aligned with Kroger’s core values.

• Select and gather products for online orders.
• Assemble and bag orders, scanning and following bagging standards.
• Process coupons and payments using the POS system.
• Ensure accuracy and freshness, resolve substitutions or out‑of‑stock items.
• Maintain organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Communicate with customers on portable phone and respond professionally.
• Retrieve orders for pick‑up, load into customers' cars, and handle any exceptions.
• Follow food safety, company guidelines, and applicable laws.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisor.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity and customer expectations.
• Work cooperatively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse or retail associate, stocking, or cashier.
