- Base pay: $16.00/hr - $29.00/hr
- Hourly rate meets or exceeds minimum wage for job location.
- Performance incentives and premium bonuses up to $3.00/hr in specific circumstances.
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. Associates consult customers to ensure satisfaction and make appropriate product substitutions.
