• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers' orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival.
• Maintain a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Follow all bagging standards, manage substitutions or exceptions, and communicate any updates to customers.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Note and follow directions in the order note section.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls professionally and promptly.
• Retrieve each customer's order from all staging locations and ensure order accuracy before loading into the car.
• Process orders through the point of sale (POS) system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions in case of out‑of‑stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies, and invalid temperature types to the e‑Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify the Pick‑Up supervisor or other store management of items in need of repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a nonconfrontational, cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity concerning customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
