• Select and gather products for customers’ online orders efficiently while ensuring freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete customer order selection, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers’ cars when they arrive for pick‑up.
• Scan and bag orders on the go, following all bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick‑up and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food‑safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, or item‑location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the e‑Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify the Pick‑Up supervisor or other store management of items needing repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity and customer‑service standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment and manage conflict in a nonconfrontational manner.
• Provide support to customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
