- Select and gather products for customers’ online orders efficiently while ensuring freshness and quality.
- Initiate and complete customer order selection, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers’ cars when they arrive for pick‑up.
- Scan and bag orders on the go, following all bagging standards.
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick‑up and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food‑safety procedures, and company guidelines.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
- Report pricing, scanning, or item‑location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the e‑Commerce supervisor.
- Inspect equipment and notify the Pick‑Up supervisor or other store management of items needing repair.
- Perform required opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
- Meet or exceed productivity and customer‑service standards.
- Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment and manage conflict in a nonconfrontational manner.
- Provide support to customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
- Perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Ability to read shelf tags.
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience as a personal shopper, in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
