• Experience as a personal shopper, in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.

• Select and gather products for customers’ online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers’ online orders.
• Assemble, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick‑up.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following all bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at the time of pick‑up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food‑safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers’ orders from Order Selector, store product in optimal temperature zones, and store them according to guidelines.
• Read and follow directions in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via phone, responding to calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Retrieve each customer’s order from all staging locations and ensure order accuracy, then load order into customers’ cars.
• Provide a positive customer service experience encouraging repeat online shopping.
• Process orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Select appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning and item‑location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the e‑Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify the Pick‑Up supervisor or other store management of items needing repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, non‑confrontational, cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
