Online Order Filling associates focus on locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to fill online orders accurately before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Locate and retrieve ordered items.
- Inspect and clean merchandise.
- Package items securely.
- Verify order accuracy.
- Provide customer service and handle substitutions.
