• Select and gather products for customers’ online orders efficiently and with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers’ orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers’ cars when they arrive for pick‑up.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to orders at pick‑up and maintain accurate order records in the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with food‑safety procedures and company guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized staging area.
• Respond to customer calls via a portable phone in a professional manner and provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Assist in training new e‑commerce team members and perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and notify supervisors of needed repairs.
• Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information, following directions and seeking assistance as needed.
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation and act cooperatively in conflict situations.
