• Ability to work independently

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocking shelves, or cashier

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders, focusing on freshness and quality
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pick‑up
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick‑up
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones
• Read and follow directions in order notes
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond promptly
• Retrieve each customer's order from all staging locations, verify accuracy, and load into vehicles
• Process the orders through the POS system
• Determine appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the e‑Commerce supervisor
• Inspect equipment and notify the Pick‑Up supervisor of items needing repair
• Perform required opening and closing procedures
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members
• Meet or exceed productivity standards
