Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, load orders into customer vehicles upon arrival, and provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping.

• Work as an In-Store Grocery Shopper, select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, then deliver and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer’s order at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector, store items at optimal temperatures, and keep staging areas organized and clean.
• Communicate with customers via portable phone and respond to calls professionally.
• Retrieve each customer’s order from staging locations, ensure accuracy, and load into vehicles.
• Process orders through the POS system and determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Report pricing, scanning, or location discrepancies and notify supervisors as needed.
• Inspect equipment and report any needed repairs.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members, and meet productivity standards.
• Operate cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment; manage conflict reasonably; act with honesty and integrity.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
