• Deliver an authentic, customer‑centered selling experience with strong product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, including floor set, markdown, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and partner with leadership on elevated issues.
• Adopt and advocate new store technologies, including Shopify platform knowledge as a plus.
• Build relationships to foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners on local community events to drive brand awareness.

• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, adaptable to new initiatives and tools.
• Strong collaboration and inclusive culture behaviors.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and lift up to 40 pounds; reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling a plus.
